Majlis Rules

The Trusts running under the undertaking of the Majlis Must follow the rules and regulation implemented by the Majlis.

  1. For the undertaking of majlis,it is must for the trust to have government registration (a copy of the registration must begiven to MajIis)
  2. It is mustfor the trust to have a bank account and allthe accounts must beaudited annuall
  3. the trust must be ofthe ideal of Ehle Sunnat WalJamaat (Devband)
  4. The names of trustees in the deed must be certified (according to the list of charity commissioner and wakaf )
  5. The registration certificate must besubmitted
  6. The copy ofthe certified trust deed in Wakaf Board and Charity Commissioner must besubmi
  7. The addresses ofthetrustees ofthe certified trust must besubmi
  8. The copy ofthe audit report of the last fiscal year must besubmi
  9. All the administration rules should abide by the central and state government rules and written confirmation must be
  10. Confirmation should be given that no case is running against the trust or any member of the trust by thegovernment or any other
  11. The activities of the trust must be followed strictly as per shariyah rules and per government

  17. The trust must take advice from the majlis on important subjects like construction project change in syllabus staff selection to arrange camps andto arrange a gathering
  18. The trust must seek permission from the majlis in order to collect funds from any organisation or any
  19. Any interference on any project for any problem will not be And in that case all the expenditure done bythe majlis must be returnedto the MajIis.
